Master of Health Administration

The Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree offered by the IU Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health is designed to prepare students to take on a leadership role in a healthcare setting. The program of study includes theory and skill-building courses, as well as, course work that requires practical application of those skills in a variety of healthcare settings. Whether you wish to pursue the full time or part time option, to complete the degree, you’ll take a combination of required Health Adminstration courses, Health Administration Elective courses and Practical Experience courses that together total 51 credits:

The Master in Health Administration meets the stringent standards of the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education.
