The IU Workplace Health & Wellbeing Survey is being conducted by a team from the IU Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health at IUPUI.  As fellow employees of Indiana University, we have taken great care to develop a survey approach that protects employee anonymity and engages the entire IU community.

Other university colleagues have extensive experience in conducting surveys among faculty, staff, and students of the university. They are managing technical aspects of electronic survey implementation, as well as weighting of survey data.

The survey is funded by Healthy IU, a department of the university created in 2011. Healthy IU empowers, educates, and offers environmental tools to encourage members of the IU community to live their best life. While the survey is independently conducted and analyzed by the team from the IU Fairbanks School of Public Health, results are provided to Healthy IU for evaluation and planning of workplace wellness initiatives.
