Prospective Students

Doctoral Minors

Students who wish to obtain a minor from the Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health must earn a grade of “B” or better in the coursework for the minor. Courses in which a grade of “B-” or lower is earned will not apply toward completion of the minor. Students cannot double count a course; the same course cannot fulfill requirements for both the minor and the major. If a student has completed a required minor course as part of the curriculum for a masters or doctoral program, the student must work with the faculty representing their minor to identify an alternate course for the minor.
